Apple Tree - Hampstead
Situation
Overgrown apple tree provides character in empty garden. Several branches exhibit significant internal rot.
Action
Season 1. Prune back growth 25%. ‘Lions-tail’ all cuts.
Season 2. Remove selected limbs in worst condition.
Maintain vigour of tree whilst reducing crown and limbs to a more manageable size where customer can prune directly from the ground with a Silky pole saw.
